Verification & Financial Security

KYC & AML Policy

This KYC and AML Policy explains how RocketSpin may verify player identity, review payment activity and apply account checks designed to support secure use of the casino and reduce the risk of fraud, identity misuse and unlawful financial activity.

IdentityPlayers may be asked to verify identity, age and account information.

PaymentsPayment ownership and transaction information may be reviewed when necessary.

Source of FundsAdditional financial information may be requested in appropriate cases.

Ongoing ReviewAccount activity may be reviewed throughout the customer relationship.

Verification is not necessarily limited to account registration. Additional checks may be requested later when account, payment, transaction, security or compliance circumstances make further verification appropriate.

01Purpose of KYC and AML Checks

Know Your Customer and anti-money laundering procedures help establish who is using an account and whether account and transaction activity is consistent with legitimate personal use.

  • Confirming that an account is used by the person who registered it.
  • Checking that the player satisfies applicable age requirements.
  • Reducing the risk of stolen identities or unauthorised payment use.
  • Reviewing unusual or inconsistent financial activity.
  • Supporting fraud prevention and account security.
  • Meeting applicable legal and compliance obligations where required.

02When KYC Verification May Be Required

RocketSpin may request verification when necessary to confirm account information or review activity connected with the service.

  • During or after account registration.
  • Before or during the processing of certain withdrawals.
  • When payment ownership needs to be confirmed.
  • When account information appears incomplete or inconsistent.
  • When account activity requires additional security or compliance review.
  • When a previously supplied document is no longer sufficient or current.

03Identity Documents

Depending on the verification required, RocketSpin may ask for a valid document that can reasonably confirm the identity and age of the account holder.

PassportA valid passport may be accepted where it contains the information required for verification.

Identity CardA recognised government-issued identity card may be requested where appropriate.

Driving LicenceA valid licence may be used where it is suitable for the verification process.

Additional EvidenceFurther documentation may be requested where the initial information is not sufficient.

The document should clearly display the required information and should not be expired where current validity is relevant to the check.

04Address Verification

Where residential address information needs to be confirmed, RocketSpin may request a document showing the account holder’s name and address.

  • Utility or household service documentation.
  • Bank or financial account documentation.
  • Government or official correspondence.
  • Another reliable document considered suitable for confirming the address.

The document should be sufficiently recent and readable to support the purpose of the verification request.

05Payment Method Verification

Payment verification may be required to establish that a deposit or withdrawal method belongs to, or is legitimately authorised for use by, the RocketSpin account holder.

Depending on the payment method involved, the requested information may include evidence of account ownership, transaction details or another form of confirmation that reasonably links the payment method to the player.

When sharing payment evidence, conceal information that is not required for verification. Never send complete card security codes, account passwords, cryptocurrency seed phrases or private keys.

06Source of Funds and Financial Information

In some circumstances, RocketSpin may request information that helps explain the legitimate origin of money used through the account.

The type of information required depends on the circumstances and may include appropriate financial records, income-related documentation, bank information, transaction history or another reasonable form of evidence.

A source-of-funds review is not necessarily required for every player. It may form part of additional verification when account or transaction circumstances make further review appropriate.

07Enhanced Verification

Additional verification may be required when standard account information is not sufficient to resolve a security, identity, transaction or compliance concern.

  • Additional identity or address documentation.
  • Further information about a payment method.
  • Clarification of unusual account activity.
  • Information about the source or purpose of funds.
  • Additional steps to confirm that the account is controlled by the registered player.

Account features may remain limited while an enhanced review is incomplete.

08Account and Transaction Monitoring

RocketSpin may review account and transaction activity to identify behaviour that is inconsistent with normal personal use, known account information or expected payment patterns.

Monitoring can include reviewing deposits, withdrawals, payment methods, account changes, gaming activity and other information relevant to fraud prevention, account security and compliance.

Activity requiring additional review does not automatically mean that prohibited conduct has occurred. Further information may first be requested from the account holder.

09Account Restrictions During Verification

Some account functions may be restricted while required verification remains incomplete or while relevant account activity is being reviewed.

  • A withdrawal may remain pending while verification is completed.
  • Payment functionality may be limited where payment ownership is unclear.
  • Account access or casino functionality may be restricted for security reasons.
  • Further documentation may be requested before normal account use resumes.

Restrictions should remain proportionate to the issue being reviewed and may be removed when the required checks have been completed satisfactorily.

10Third-Party Payments and Account Use

A RocketSpin account is intended for the registered player’s personal use. Payment methods should belong to or be legitimately authorised for use by that player.

Using another person’s identity, payment credentials or account without proper authority can result in additional verification, restrictions or other measures under the applicable account rules.

Players should not allow another person to use their RocketSpin account to deposit, wager or withdraw funds.

11Document Requirements

Documents supplied for verification should be authentic, clear and suitable for the requested check.

Requirement What It Means
Readable Important information should be visible and not blurred or obscured.
Complete The relevant parts of the document should be included where required.
Authentic Documents must not be altered, falsified or manipulated.
Current Where validity or recency matters, the document should satisfy that requirement.
Consistent Information should reasonably correspond with the details registered on the account.

If a document cannot be accepted, another form of evidence may be requested.

12Handling Verification Information

Identity and verification information may contain sensitive personal data and should be handled in accordance with RocketSpin privacy and security procedures.

Verification information may be processed where necessary for account administration, security, fraud prevention, transaction review and applicable compliance requirements.

For broader information about personal data, see the RocketSpin Privacy Policy.

13Player Responsibilities

Players are expected to provide accurate account information and cooperate with reasonable verification requests connected with their account.

  • Use your own accurate personal details when registering.
  • Keep relevant account information up to date.
  • Provide genuine documents when verification is requested.
  • Respond to requests for clarification where reasonably required.
  • Do not deliberately conceal the true ownership of a payment method.
  • Do not provide altered or misleading documents.

14Compliance Action

Where account activity cannot be satisfactorily verified, appears fraudulent or raises a serious compliance concern, RocketSpin may take appropriate action consistent with applicable account rules and legal requirements.

  • Request additional information or documentation.
  • Restrict selected account features while a review is carried out.
  • Delay completion of a transaction until required checks are completed.
  • Suspend or close an account where permitted and appropriate.
  • Make disclosures to competent authorities where legally required.

RocketSpin may not always be able to provide detailed information about a compliance review where disclosure would conflict with security or legal requirements.

15Changes to This Policy

This KYC and AML Policy may be updated when RocketSpin verification procedures, account features, security practices or applicable compliance requirements change.

The current version published on rocketspinonline.com should be reviewed for the latest information about verification and account checks.
